TRAINING
Personalised & Individualised Training Program. Tailored exercise plan to meet your individual goals and fitness levels, as well as adjustments based on progress and feedback.
Monthly consultations. Regular virtual consultations (1-2 per month, 45-60min), totaling 3-6 sessions, to explain the training program, monitor exercise execution to prevent injuries and enhance performance, discuss progress, make necessary adjustments, and provide consistent support and guidance.
Injury Prevention & Performance Improvement. Education on proper form and techniques to avoid injuries as well as guidance on how to enhance exercise performance safely.
